Q :  How often should I sealcoat ?
A :  We recommend to sealcoat every 2 - 3 years depending on  the amount of traffic.
Q :  How soon can I sealcoat my new driveway ?
A :  90 days after instillation
Q :  How long should I stay off pavement after you sealcoat ?
A :  You can not drive on pavement for 24 -36 hours. Maybe longe in the spring / fall or if areas are shaded from direct sunlight.
Q : How do I pay for your services ?
A : Payment due upon completion, we will leave you a bill, you can leave us a check if you are home or mail in the payment.
Q : Do I have to be home the day of the scheduled work ?
A : You don't have to be home the day of the scheduled work as long as the driveway is clear of all vehicles.
Q : Should I clean off driveway surface before you come and sealcoat ?
A : Yes and No, we will start off every job by :
1) trimming the grasses edges
2) cleaning the pavements surface with a powered broom
3) clearing the surfaces loose debris with a walk behind commercial blower.

 If your driveway has plants / bushes / shrubs that rest on the driveways surface we ask that you trim or tie them back for the day of the job. Thanks !

 If your driveway has excessive gravel / mud /dirt on its surface we ask if you are able to with a garden hose and /or shop broom / shovel remove this excess materal. Thanks !
